1. Start your day with a glass of WARM
WATER:
Drinking warm water will ease your bowel movement and will help cleaning digestive system properly. Warm water will prevent you from bloating and acid formation throughout the day. Basically one must drink two glasses of warm water, but in the beginning if you are not in habit start drinking single glass of water in the early morning.
2. Never skip your BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and you should never skip your breakfast. Breakfast should be the heaviest one. Having heavy breakfast helps in preventing hunger throughout the day. Heavy breakfast replenish your body with nutrients and energy.
3. Have small & healthy bites in
every 2-3 hours:
To stay healthy you must take small and healthy bites in every two to three hours throughout the day. Small bites will keep you filled-up and is really an effective measure to control weight. Taking small and healthy bites in short interval prevent you from overeating and help you to stay fit.
5. Include Green Tea:
Have at least a cup of green tea every day. Green tea is packed with health-promoting compounds. It helps in detoxifying your body and keeps you healthy. Green tea also has powerful antioxidants that may protect against cancer and many more benefits.
6. Eating Fruits daily are must:
Fruits are the sources of many essential nutrients. Eating fruits as a part of your healthy diet may help you reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and many more. Fruits are must in your daily diet to stay healthy and fit.
