4. Stay hydrated

improve your health. It transports nutrients and compounds in the blood and
regulate body temperature. If you are not drinking a lot of water, increase
your intake gradually. Make your drink more interesting for yourself by adding
some lemon, mint, ginger or cucumber to your plain water. It doesn't increase
your calorie intake but gives your water a little flavour. Drink at least two
litres of water every day and see how light and healthy your body feels.
